Another day, another dollar.... I guess using Facebook has dwindled my enthusiasm for a blog. But in reality, the blog is probably a better idea. It has been a year and a half since my last posting and so much has changed. Travels, puppies, new pets, changes in living arrangements and relationships with children, illness, death, life, academics..... you name it.
The biggest change for me was the realization that my babies are growing up. David is about to start his SENIOR year in high school. He's looking at colleges, hanging with his girlfriend of one year and about to start his first job. Alex is now living in Las Vegas with his dad. He's currently at Camp Pendleton doing a Marine Corps thing called Devil Pups. He "graduates" on July 30.
Steve and I are doing great. We had an awesome winter holiday - going to Michigan, Ontario and New York. We visited his sons, Steve and Alex along with their girlfriends.
We then went on to Niagara Falls for a couple of days.
We also drove to Toronto to visit Leslie and Mike. Then it was off to Chautauqua for Christmas and New Year's Eve.
In June, we went to Holland for a week and England for a week. I was able to visit and learn so many things - it was amazing. Stonehenge, Spalding, Stratford, Shakespeare, hillsides, canals, friendly people..... Amazing!
In April, my BFF Stephanie and I spent a weekend in VEGAS! It was a great weekend and we had a blast. The lady who took this picture asked us if we had the same husband because our wedding rings were so similar! Ha! It was hilarious!
In May - I finally finished school! At least for now. Hahaha! I graduated from ASU with my BLS. In February I started a new job, still with Honeywell.
I do have to say - that overall - I am totally blessed.
