So, the CARDINALS ARE GOING TO THE SUPERBOWL!!! Can you believe it? YAY!!!
Tomorrow morning we leave for Washington DC. I still can't believe we are going to the Inauguration! I guess we will be about 100 yards from Obama. So excited! Still need to pack!
My BFF Steph and I are going to go to Vegas in March for the weekend. I am so excited. I'm gonna see if maybe Jane wants to go too.
Okay, I should get laundry and packing started!

Hooray!!!
Lots of good things! Okay - only a couple - but one is really good!!
I started my new class on Tuesday, January 6. The class is Industrial Safety. I submitted my first paper today and received the grade back already -- an A!!
Okay - so now the REALLY good news!!
On Monday, January 19 Steve and I are flying into Washington-Dulles International Airport. Why, you ask? Because we are going to the Inauguration of President Barack Obama!!! YAY!! I am soooooo excited! Right now we have reservations at Dover AFB in Delaware. But I am going to call some bases closer to Dulles to check availability too. YAY, YAY, YAY!!!!! How cool is that? We fly back to Phoenix on the 22nd. Woo hoo!!

Back to work......
My week and a half off sure seemed too short! Boys made it home safely. YAY! We all are back to the grind though - and all wishing we could still be sleeping in. Work has been busy today, but I think I am at a point where I am just about caught up. Tomorrow my next class starts. Yippeeee! I wish I could get into the classroom but they don't have it up yet. I will be hoping I have different people on my team this time around so I don't have to do it all or wait until the very last minute because people don't get their stuff done. Not that I hold any grudges!! LOL :) My next class is Industrial Safety and will go over stuff like OSHA and the EPA and emergency response for natural disasters, gas leaks, etc. Sounds kinda interesting!! 13 more months and I am done! That is if I don't take any more breaks. Including this next class, I have 11 more to take. I have completed 9 towards my Bachelor degree already. Woo hoo! Almost half way there!!

ahhh ha!
I fixed it! So now my first 2009 blog is actually in 2009. Don't know why my time was changed to Pacific... oh well! All better now! :)

Well, I just noticed that my first blog of 2009 falls under 2008 and I am not sure why. I posted it after midnight, not at 11:22 like it says.
The boys come home today! YAY! They get home in about 12 hours. (That is 9:50 pm in case this thing messes up my time stamp again....)
I have physical therapy this morning. Woo hoo. Actually I am feeling better. Still have issues with the knee, but it is better than it was. My therapist said it could take a long time because the blood flow is restricted in the knee. Sigh.... I just want to be all better!!
